What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.

Can I combine two orders into one shipment??
We cannot combine orders. Once orders are placed, they begin processing immediately.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 12 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@dis-dain.com.
